What Does “Twende” Mean?
It’s Swahili for “let’s go.” You’ll hear it after breakfast when your safari guide in Kenya or Tanzania is ready to start the game drive and when it’s time to find the perfect spot for “sundowners.”
Of course, Twende Travel doesn’t only focus on trips to Africa – that’s just one of the many places our clients visit when they’re looking for a memorable vacation.
Our founder, Lissa Caltrider, has been in the trip planning business for decades, and her love of travel is infectious. She and her family have seen the world, and her passion for making sure every day of a trip is better than the next has benefitted hundreds of clients.
